Thomas Herr appointed EMEA Head of Digital Innovation at CBRE

Thomas Herr has been appointed EMEA Head of Digital Innovation at the global real estate services company CBRE.

With a PhD in architecture, Herr has vast experience in planning, project management, due diligence and technical asset management. He joined CBRE in 2014 when VALTEQ, a company he founded in 2002, was taken over by CBRE. Today VALTEQ is part of CBRE PREUSS VALTEQ GmbH. Herr has played a key role in developing the company’s leading-edge due diligence business in Germany and is currently responsible for business development, digitalisation, innovation and IT.

“We want to develop a culture of innovation within our business in Germany and across EMEA and will look to identify and develop new technologies with potential for application and implementation at CBRE,” says Thomas Herr, EMEA Head of Digital Innovation. “Our aim is always to find ways to build true advantage for our clients and how can we continue to enhance and expand our services.” Herr adds.
