CBRE HIRES OLIVIER GERARD IN FRANCE

Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has today announced the appointment of Olivier Gérard as Managing Director of Transaction Services in France, effective 3rd July 2017. Based in Paris and reporting to Fabrice Allouche, Managing Director of CBRE in France, Olivier will manage CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction and Capital Markets’ teams and will work with the leadership team to drive business growth and the development of client services.

Olivier Gérard has over 30 years’ experience in French and international real estate and joins CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield where he held the position of CEO for eight years. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield as head of Investment Agency in 2005, he spent six years at JLL.
