Although environmental services are becoming increasingly important for our clients, few real estate advisors provide this specialist expertise. At CBRE we recognized this opportunity to enhance client service some years ago and we are now building on our existing expertise in this area and creating a pan-EMEA capability as an integral part of our suite of core services.
