CBRE APPOINTED TO MANAGE SEVENS CENTRE IN GERMANY

CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has been appointed to provide property management services to the 19,600 sq m SEVENS Centre in Düsseldorf, Germany.

SEVENS is a prime shopping centre located on one of the best, and most exclusive, shopping streets in Germany. Completed in 2000, by local architects RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky, the centre is home to a plethora of leading international brands including an array of first class eateries and bars.

Düsseldorf itself sits in the bustling Rhine region in Germany in the centre of Europe. 150 million live within a radius of 500 kilometres with over 5,000 international companies calling the area home.

CBRE will take full responsibility for the day-day management of the Centre and this appointment becomes its sixth shopping centre management mandate in Germany. EMEA wide, CBRE manages 245 shopping centres, including the recent Mall of Switzerland win, with a total portfolio size of over 8.7 million sq m.
