Arora Group Consolidates for Strategic Expansion

Arora Group, the privately owned Hotel, Property and Management Company, today announced its intent to consolidate its hotel assets following a strategic review of its estate.

The results of the review will see the divestment of two of its smaller properties, the 4-star Arora Hotel Gatwick/Crawley and Holiday Inn Heathrow Terminal 5. The sale, managed by CBRE Hotels Limited, will allow the group to focus on Arora’s core portfolio of large hotels in key UK city and airport hubs and position the group for further expansion.

This is a unique opportunity for a hotel operator to rebrand the 4-star Arora Hotel Gatwick/Crawley to further capitalise on its vibrant local market and strategic location close to the airport in the heart of the dynamic Gatwick Diamond business region.”

He added: “The substantial investment and renovation at the newly-opened Holiday Inn Heathrow Terminal 5 combined with its proximity to Terminal 5 and franchise with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) will make this small yet high quality hotel most attractive to prospective purchasers.
